Global ePoint’s Airworks Division Receives Initial Orders From Major U.S. Airline

Major US Airline To Retrofit 757/767 Fleet Under Anticipated Multi–Million Dollar Program

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — Dec. 2, 2005 — Global ePoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: GEPT – News), a leading manufacturer of security technologies for the aviation, law enforcement, commercial and industrial markets, announced today that a major US carrier has awarded its aviation division, Global AirWorks, initial orders for the immediate delivery of wire and cable harnesses for its fleet of Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft. The orders, exceeding $348,000, are the initial awards from an anticipated multi-million two year retrofit program.

"We are extremely gratified to be part of the recent growth in the modification sector requiring our manufacturing capability. Airworks’ FAA approved PMA manufacturing capability provides replacement components for original equipment and a variety of other supplemental type certificated systems. These systems include In-Flight Entertainment, In Seat Power, Audio, and standard seat to seat cabling," remarked Ricky Frick, President of Airworks.

"These important orders also reaffirm our decision to expand our new AirWorks Technical Operations & Modification Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, an important aircraft service center that is strategically located along many of the major routes of travel of US airlines." added Frick. "Our new Tulsa location will serve as a showcase for attracting additional retrofit and modification contracts from other airlines in the future."
